The Cedar Rapids Kernels will be holding their annual “Golf with the Kernels” event at the Wildcat Golf Course in Shellsburg, Iowa, on Monday, August 4th. All proceeds from the event will go to the Kernels Foundation. The deadline for entering is July 28th.

The four-person scramble begins at high noon with a shotgun start. Entry costs are $240 per foursome or $75 per individual golfer. Each foursome will play with a member of the Kernels or the team’s coaching staff. A sponsor recognition event and awards ceremony will follow play and includes dinner.

In addition to openings in the playing field, there are also a number of sponsorship opportunities with the event ranging in cost from $100 to the $2,000 presenting sponsorship still available.
