All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Tickets: Your ticket is revocable license that may be withdrawn and admission refused, without compensation, anytime upon a failure to comply with federal, state, local, team or stadium laws and policies. Ticket holder assumes all risks and dangers incidental to the game of baseball, whether occuring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual playing of the game, including (but not exclusively) the danger of being by thrown bats and thrown or batted balls. The Cedar Rapids Ball Club, Inc. and the Midwest League including their respective officials, owners, employees, players, agents, and representatives, are not liable for injuries, expenses, claims or liabilites resulting from, or related to, attending events at the facility.

In the event that 4-1/2 innings of this game are played due to rainout or suspension, return your ticket stub to the box office and it will be exchanged for a ticket of equal value for another 2008 regular season game, subject to availability. No cash refunds. Keep your ticket stubs!
