The Cedar Rapids Ball Club, Inc. and the Cedar Rapids Kernels currently accept on-line orders from locations within the United States and Canada.

All orders shipping to the United States will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail or UPS (United Parcel Service). The most appropriate shipping method is selected based on the insured value of your purchase and the nature of the items being shipped. Our standard shipping and handling fees, within the United States, are based on the value of the items purchased and are as follows:

Under $25.00: $7.00
$25.01 to $50.00: $8.00
$50.01 to $100.00: $9.00
$100.01 to $150.00: $10.00
$150.01 and up: $12.00

Add $10.00 for next day shipping.

Most orders will be shipped within ten (10) business days after the order is received.

Orders placed requesting Next or 2nd Day shipping will be processed the following business day. If placed after 5 pm on Friday or over the weekend, the order will be shipped the following Monday. Weekend deliver is not available.

Canadian Shipments: IN ADDITION to our standard shipping and handling fees listed above, we will charge your credit card with the actual amount of additional shipping fees your order requires. Please note that those actual charges WILL NOT be present on your internet order receipt or on the confirmation e-mail.

Tickets: All tickets ordered through the on-line store will be processed not less than 4 HOURS prior to scheduled gate opening. Tickets ordered through the on-line store will be charged a handling fee of $1 PER ORDER.

Tickets ordered more than 14 days prior to the selected game will be mailed via USPS priority mail. Tickets ordered less than 14 days prior to the selected game will be held at the WILL CALL window for pickup at the stadium prior to the game. Fans may request that tickets be held at the WILL CALL window for games more than 14 days in advance by doing so in the COMMENTS section when placing the order.
